From the heart of Clinton, Oklahoma, comes a dedicated and passionate football player, Kyn’Tavion Hill. As he gears up for his senior year at Clinton High School, his journey in football has been marked by early beginnings and a steadfast commitment to excellence. “I was born and raised in Clinton, Oklahoma. I started playing flag football in second grade, and padded football in sixth grade,” Kyn’Tavion recalled, reflecting on his formative years in the sport.

Kyn’Tavion’s love for football was sparked by cherished moments spent watching games with his Pawpaw. A memorable speech by Ray Lewis about wearing the number 52 further fueled his passion. “As a young child, I remember watching football on TV with my Pawpaw, which made me want to play the game myself,” he shared.

The chemistry within the Clinton High School football team is something Kyn’Tavion values deeply. “Most of the guys on our team have been playing together since elementary school. Our chemistry reflects this, and we all push one another to give the best we’ve got.”

As the team’s running back and defensive back, Kyn’Tavion embraces his role with dedication. “I prepare for my position by training my hardest, watching film, and by ALWAYS showing up,” he stated. His goals for the 2024 season are clear and ambitious: “My personal goals are to run 1,000 or more yards, make ten or more touchdowns, and my goal for the team is to win another gold ball!!!”

Community support plays a crucial role in Kyn’Tavion’s performance. “Community support is everything. Hearing the fans cheer so loud at the Tornado Bowl is unlike any experience I’ve ever known,” he explained, emphasizing the unmatched atmosphere created by the fans and the band.

Off the field, Kyn’Tavion admires his parents and coaches for their unwavering support and guidance. “Off the field, I look up to my parents for always expecting the best out of me. On the field, I look up to the coaches, especially our head coach, John Higbee, for always pushing us to be better.”
